sounds like it's about to start so it should be getting spark. it would be better to do a spark test to be absolutely certain.

I'd pour some starting fluid into the intake to see if it has a better time starting.

 

Okay I'm try that what do u think is the cause of the problem ??

 

It's getting spark I did a spark test yesterday I thought it was the distributor cap so I replaced that

 

if it is indeed an insufficient fuel issue then it may be anything from a weak fuel pump, clogged lines/filter, to faulty injectors

could be so many things. did you do anything to the car before or the car just started having this problem out of the blue.

 

I got it before everything was fine till I changed the battery my last one died so I bought a new one from pepboys

 

Research replacing the main relay. It tells the fuel pump to pump fuel. Pretty common problem on early 90s Accord. It's in the dash. Had a similar issue with mine.
