Could somebody with an R at stock height do me a favor? Please measure the distance from the jack points to the ground in the front and rear.

Uh oh... did you accidentally raise up the coilover and now it's higher than stock?

 

no, just forgot to measure and I wanted to use that as a baseline when I make changes...

 

I forgot to measure when I put on my suspension as well. Oh well.

 

This would be on stock rims right? i can measure mine... 205/50/15 ok with you? the tire pressure is prolly a bit low

I second this.. I wanna know too. I lowered my car w/ coilovers, but I don't know how much. Forgot to measure before I droped

 

I can tell you in about 6-7 hours (after work).
If someone hasn't posted any info by then, I'll take measurements before I change the oil and trans fluid.

Actually, I gotta go get my license renewed at lunch and will probably stop home, since I work a mile from home. I'll get some readings then. I'll take them from the bottom of the four jack points, good with you? (195/50-15's, by the way)

Ye of little faith! I have returned!! (I was at the DMV, you all know how long it takes to renew a license.)

The helms says 5 1/2" all the way around for the Type R. I measured the following in my almost flat garage:

Front - 5 1/2"
Rear - 5 9/16", closer to/almost 5 5/8"

I'd just stick with 5 1/2 front and back, though.
Those measurements were from the base of the jack points.

Edit: My fractions were incorrect!!
