99 HX cleaned IACV, hit snag resetting idle
I cleaned the IACV on my '99 HX today. I followed the steps here to reset the idle: http://i639.photobucket.com/albums/u...cture_4661.jpg
I got to step #8 and had a problem. My idle should be 670 +/- 50, and it's right under 1k, maybe 850-900.
When I turn on the headlights, it drops to about 750, which is right on. With the A/C on high, it drops to about 750 too, which is on the low end, or barely under where it should be.
Does this sound acceptable, or are there other adjustments I should make?
