Default 1992 Honda Accord electrical problems

Here's a full recap of what I've done with the car in the past week:
Put in a new headliner, as well as took out and painted control panel trim put a new 16 pin connector in the radio harness (old one had got cut off when stolen) Day after doing all the repairs the back-light to the instrument cluster. Checked the fuse (small light fuse it's a 15A under the hood) changed the fuse, turned on light fuse blew right after turning the switch. Checked the wiring where it might be problem found nothing, but still kept blowing. About a week later after getting replacing tail light everything in the instrument cluster stopped working, and i mean everything but turn singles, and heating (power windows no longer work as well) changed fuse #1 back up lighting and panel lights or something or another it's 10A speedometer and stuff started working again but a short time later it blew again. So, is it possible there is a common problem somewhere a faulty part or something, I was thinking maybe the combation switch?
I plan on taking my car in to get digonsed some time this week, but if someone can save me 100$ much appreciated lol

Unless you can provide more details using reasonable grammar, we can't really understand what you were saying, especially you were trying to discribe electrical system troubles. For me, you might have added too many aftermarket junks into the circuits. I would measure the circuit current as the first step. That way you will be able to tell why the fuse blown after a short period of time. Good luck.
