What's going on Honda-Tech, I've had my 1994 Honda Civic hatch cx for about 3 months now. As of now its pretty much bone stock. The stock d15b8 engine began knocking about a month ago, so I decided that it's time for an overhaul.. I plan on completely re-doing this car from the ground up, but it's going to take time. I am very meticulous with my builds, no corner cutting. With enough support and interest from the HT community, I will keep this thread updated as I go. Free bumps are very much appreciated



I just had surgery a week ago so I haven't really been able to work on the car much but I have been purchasing parts. I plan on dropping the new swap in on Friday/Saturday.

Are those rear LCA's just stamped steel? I never realized the type r didn't use the same cast iron LCA's as everything else. Hmmmph.

 

^^ those rear control arms are off a 96-00 civic. ITR's had a stamped steel lca, but they look completely different.

Haha yeah there is alot of ish piled in there right now.. But yeah I appreciate it man, getting a little better every day. I'm ready to dive in to this project!
