does a lsd really help you with understeer?

better driving and a good suspension setup will get rid of that

I have a Kaaz LSD....it does help...but you have to be pushing it....then it grabs huge

No, but when you're road racing, and you take a corner and mash the gas, the car corrects almost too well, and you get a little bit of oversteer. I've felt it, and numerous other experience road racers / auto-x'ers who have driven my car.

FYI, with a H22 Civic, when entering into a corner fast, stay on the gas! If you left off the gas and turn the wheel, your back end is going to swing out on you.... good for drifting but not when racing on a track.
