I would have to say factory Honda motor mounts. Hands down, my CRX is like a new machine after replacing the old ones.

 

putting a built gsr with a crv tranny, driveline, and rear diff in my 89 wagon was the funnest mod ive ever done. wasnt the fastest, the cleanest, or the nicest, but the wife and I had an absolute blast in the car at our local autoxs.

second would have to be 91 Si seats in my rally wagon with 4 point harnesses and a harness bar.

 

Ls swap with everything done right. Looooove it!

 

B20 swap. For a stock EF, MPFI.

 

On my std hatch, went from 13/16 stock brake master to an si 15/16. Best mod for a dd, and great improved stopping power!

 

Cutting/extending the stock shifter. (for shorter throws)

 

converting it to OBD2B :D

 

D15b2 to B18 Bone stock Ls swap.
and Hitting 14.9 with street tires,

 

Replacing the old, tired rear trailing arm bushings.

 

It's a tie between the Skunk2 Pro-S Coilovers and the Hasport Motor Mounts.

 

d2 36 way adjustable coilovers 1st then recaros enjoys seconds

 

Yeah, hard to beat that.

 

upgraded from tokico blues to koni yellow/ground controls

Toss up between swapping out the d15b1 for my b20 or pan swapping and putting da seats in. Being 6'5, it was hard to get comfortable on long drives being so cramped lol.

 

Running 91 octane fuel and synthetic oil. Love my 70 HP d15b1 hatch.

 

After that time, Never ran 14s ever again
I guess just was my lucky day.

Till this day running 15.4 consistently

 

tossing out my old ebay springs with blown stock struts for some skunk2 pro s's

 

Redoing the seat foam. Feels comfortable now.

 

Id have to say swapping out my 90 dx cluster for a 96 Ls teg cluster n having everything work! Second swapping in my 96' Ls tan seats front and back.

 

Paint is probably the most dramatic change
I have done a lot of maintenance but it feels nice getting in a car with fresh paint.

Think it makes it faster too heh

BTW what are those vents on the lower bumper on a 90-91 for? i am thinking of putting foglights in there .. i think oem lights fit there but those things are $200 if you can find them
