Default High resistance on gsr injectors

Just checked my injectors and they are all showing 13.7 to 13.9.

Specs say 10-13 is normal.

Is this ok or do they need to be replaced?

They are obd1 high imped stock 240cc injectors

Also could not get them to read except at the lowest setting on my multi meter (200)

I have a crappo harbor freight multi meter could this be the prob??

A resistance check isn't a reliable test for injectors, that being said the readings you got are likely fine. If you connect your multimeter leads together while in the 200 ohm range you'll get a resistance reading that you can subtract from your original reading(s).
