Default 1998 CRV harsh tranny shift from 1st to 2nd gear (auto)

Ive got a 1998 honda crv auto, recently ive noticed after the car warms up it shifts rather harsh from 1st to 2nd. It jumps into second(like if someone kicked the bumper of the car) after revving the engine quite high. When the engine is cold the tranny shifts just fine, its only after it warms up, it. Also, once i get through first gear all the other gears shift up just fine.

I searched for a while on here for possible fixes, i added the lucas tranny fluid and it didnt help. Im going to try a full tranny fluid change and also change the tranny solenoid. Anything else i can try?

check your fluid level when the car has been running for 20min. it might be over filed maybe. if its working good when its cold and when its hot trans fluid expands a little.
or it could be transmission shifting solenoid sometimes they go bad i had one on my auto integra go bad. but it could be your transmission starting to crap to bed too.
