2000 Honda Civic - Rough Start
How long was your car sitting before trying to start it this morning? When was the last time the fuel filter was changed?
You should let your car rest (preferably overnight) then do a proper fuel pressure test. You can borrow/rent the fuel pressure testing kit from your local parts store. It simply screws into the top of the fuel filter. Have someone else turn your key to ON(II) while you watch the gauge. It should instantly jump to 36-40PSI if you have a D series motor, or 38-42 if you have a B series motor. If it doesn't, the most likely culprit is an old, clogged fuel filter.
