im building a 97 civic ex for boost goin eagle rods vitara pistons and much more good. now im running into the problem of picking a head... a y8 which is the one one my car or gettin a z6.

 

IMO...and this is just my opinion, just leave the y8 head and make sure to use ARP head studs and connection rod bolts. Let us know when you get it up and running and tuned!

 

ive read use z6/ but leave it for the boost guys to decide

 

im going to start a build thread once i get it underway. the problem im having at the moment is it is a dialy and i dont have a garage. so for the time being im just collecting all the things i need for the whole build. have almost everything just need a few mounts and brackets since im doing the auto to manual swap also

 

I'd say y8. Should be easier for compatibility

 

i have built ups of 30 cars so compatibilty isnt a must. i have all the machines and tools to make anything work at its best.
