Please assist me in opening the hood of my 2000 integra. The hood cable is stuck pulled out but the latch is not undone so the hood is not popped. Any help is greatly appreciated!

 

try banging on the hood where the latch is. it's probably just sticking

 

Try that or if you can use a flat head against the arm of latch that holds the hood bar

 

If the cable is broken you can get under the front of the car and with a long flat screwdriver move the hood latch lever just like the cable normally would. there is space between the front of the radiator support and front bumper so you can fit your arm in there. if it is not the cable then pressing down and pulling up on the hood while someone keeps the release lever pulled usually works.
