hey iwas wondering if a 2004 honda civic hood would fit in a 2001 honda civic

without any modifications. my fenders, head lights and bumpers are all 2001 front end not 2004. so i was wondering if this is possible do without a front end conversion?

dont like the 01-03 hood..

Nope. The headlight surround is entirely different.

 

You would have to do a front end conversion. In which case, only do it if you want the 04-05 look (which I prefer so I bought an 05). I would just get some nice retrofit headlights and call it a day. Those look dope!

how about the grille thou? does the grille fit without any mod?

 

no sir, as stated in the FAQ's
You cant put a lip from an 04 onto an 01, can't put a grill, cant do headlight swaps, cant do hoods, cant do fog lights,...etc...etc...etc....

cuz i know that 01-03 coupe dont come with that kind of grille..... it looks exactly like an 04-05 grille

It's just an aftermarket "mesh" grill. It's not OEM or factory optional.

 

really? cuz ive been looking everywhere and all i see that is mesh is 04-05 grille, rs grille, and mesh grille that doesnt have the emblem

 

They don't come with an emblem, you have to put your own on there somehow. ebay has plenty of the grills...

yea ive seen plenty... but the one on that em2 looks like theres actually suppose to be and emblem there.

He put that emblem on there. The mesh grills do not come with an emblem.
