You are going to have to see what is going on inside the combustion chambers. Is there strong spark, proper air fuel mixture and is the timing correct.

IIRC the TWM ITB's are internally vacuum balanced (sync'd)

to answer your second question, it's hard to sync throttles without constant vacuum anyway!

What are you using for engine management & tuning, a piggy back (fuel ignition controller), chipped ECU or a standalone EMS?

Have you tried holding the throttle down a bit to make sure everythings getting air? Also if you keep trying to start it you're going to flood the cylinders and soak the spark plugs in fuel so then it def won't start.

I had the same issue, I had to adjust the idle screw a bit to get it to hold idle.

Where/Who did you get your base tune for the S300 from?

Above you mention that you are unsure if you are using 330cc or 440cc injectors. That can make a difference in how your engine works.... I am going to assume that you are running stock fuel pressure while using the stock fuel pressure regulator. You didn't mention one above.

The car should start right up.. I've tuned alot of itb setups, even a simple map will start them up to a point while holding the throttle open..

Create a new map, from scratch. Input injectors, battery offsets and idle settings. Dont forget to set your caliberated TPS because you're not using a stock honda tps.. Start the car, if the car starts when you're pressing the pedel, two things need to occur, proper cranking fuel table needs to be adjusted and itbs need to be opened up, I've owned two TWM itb sets in my time, i enjoyed them both..however They require proper throttle syncing as well as proper tps caliberation which is one thing people look over.

Mechanical sync or vacuum sync?

Don't the TWM throttles have integrated vacuum ports to sync the 4 runners?

He called me, and we've briefly discussed a few things, but he needs his wideband hooked up before he can go any futher, not being able to see the AFR , you dont know if its too rich or too lean, more then likely with the itbs, it'll be way too lean to even start..

The cams not being degreed in, wouldn't have anything to do with the car not starting, it might idle funny, or run funny, but it would still start.. degreeing the cams in, also is for clearence reasons as well, right now based on what he's told me, they are degreed in, and the map he's using just isn't giving enough cracking fuel.. Wont be able to do anything else until you have a proper vac box setup for the map, and a wideband on the car.
