Icon6 Timing belt replacement as well as...?

Hello, I am a first time poster but a veteran thread creeper and I finally grew enough of a pair to ask you gents what else I need to replace along with my timing belt and water pump.

I'm finding it quite troublesome to gather a nice definitive list.

The reason it needs to be replaced is that my 97' Honda Accord EX (f22b1) has MAJOR oil leaks and a Firestone mechanic said they are coming from the oil pan gasket, timing belt gasket?, and v-tec solenoid? (unsure if those are the names of the last two parts) and while I'm under the hood I should replace timing belt and water pump.

I found this site that sells a timing belt kit consisting of:

timing belt
balance shaft timing belt
water pump with gasket
timing belt tensioner bearing
balance shaft tensioner bearing
timing belt tensioner spring
balance shaft belt tensioner spring
valve cover gasket set
two accessory drive belts
front crankshaft seal
camshaft seal
balance shaft seal
balance shaft seal retainer kit

Now the general consensus is oem parts, but do I really need all of these parts or is there anything missing from this list?

Take a look at this site

http://store.propartsusa.com/propart.../i-544006.aspx

It comes with the belts as well.

Based on the description they say

ProPartsUSA offers the most researched applications of complete timing belt kits for DIY end users. Parts included in these kits are quality brand name parts.
Water Pumps – GMB, AISIN, NPW, PARTS MALL, Gates and more…
Timing Belts/Drive Belts – Bando, Goodyear, Mitsuboshi, Conitech and more…
Camshaft and Crankshaft Seals – NOK, THO, STONE and more…
Tensioners – GMB, Koyo, NTN, AISIN and more…

All of those brands are pretty much an OE supplier.

Got this from GMB's website

I know from replacing components over the past years, i.e. wheel bearings from Honda/Acura are from companies like Koyo or NTN.

Hondas timing belts are made by Unitta Gates which is Gates in the U.S.A.
Seals are made by various manufacters.
Tensioners are either NSK, NTN or Koyo.
I always get the gates kit that comes with tensioners and the belts (gates for the belts and Koyo for the tensioners). They are like 61 bucks on amazon (w/free shipping or Rockauto).
I have never had a bad spring or had to replace them. I'm currently at 372,000 miles.
I had all the same leaks as you had and fixed them all.
