Read a bunch of posts so far in some of the other honda models areas, thought I would post anyway.

Bought this car over the summer. 149k, 5sp. When I got it I only changed the plugs, not the cap and rotor or wires. Have not set the timing either.

Failed at idle, reading 415, need 220 to pass. It was a little chilly this morning and I only live 3 miles from the inspection station. Might need to do a full tune up and hit the highway before I go for inspection.

Any other advice?
