I have a 93 Civic(by VIN) that was manufactured in Jan of 92. Computer went bad so I replaced it. Vehicle starts and runs fine now...but I have a Check Engine Light on for a DTC code of 41 which is a heated oxygen sensor circuit. My civic does not have a HO2 sensor. Mine is a one wire type. I wont be able to pass vehicle inspections in my state with a CEL illuminated. Is there any way I can trick the pcm into thinking that everything is fine? I am thinking about providing power to Pin 6 of the computer which is the power for a Heated O2 sensor if it had it.

What part number was your original ECU, and what did you replace it with?

Sounds like you have a vx/cx and you installed a DX computer
