Ok, i bought a 94 gsr with a jdm b16a bottom end with the gsr head(oil pump failure took the b18's life) im about to do a water pump, tensioner, idler pulley, timing belt, and cam gears. I need to know what differences(if any) in b16 timing belts. Been looking at gates racing belts and have seen a couple of different part numbers listed. Been looking all over and coming up empty handed.... am i blind?

 

B16A/B17a belts are all the same 124 teeth.
B18c/b16b belts are 126 teeth.

You want the 124 tooth belt. B16A has a shorter deck, as well as the 22 tooth vtec water pump.
