Post H22A Starting/Idle Issue

Ok, I have an H22A Swapped EG and It has a hard starting/cold idle issue. When I first start the car up after its been sitting and completely cooled off it has a extended cranking period and i have to give it gas to get it started and also continue to give the car gas until reaches a warmer temp, also when taking off from a stop i cant just go i kinda have to ease in and let the car smooth out before i can go or else there is a harsh hesitation and it wont want to go. This problem has been a constant headache of mine and I just know its gonna be a simple fix but I just cant figure it out!!!! Please somebody help me!!!!

A little more info might help other than h22a swapped eg.. Is this a recent swap or did the problems just start.. Stock ecu?? Chipped ecu?? The tps and map sensor plugs swapped??

i got the car with the swap and its ran a little worse than it is now, i have messed with a few things but cant get it right. im running a p28 with an h22 basemap, my voltage at my tps is reading perfect and jus got a new map for the car. idk if the plugs have been swapped but everything seems to be right thru the electrical portion... i jus cant figure it out.

im assuming you dont have a wideband o2 to read afr but you could pull plugs and see if its running rich or lean.. Also check for vacum leaks, maybe fuel pressure if you have a gauge..

it is running slight lean, and as far as vaccum leaks im leaning towards that i do have one somewhere that i just cant find.
