In what vehicle?
"The EPA says that for every 100 pounds taken out of the vehicle, the fuel economy is increased by 1-2 percent"

So it's going to vary from hatch to coupe to sedan to specific trim of those models and mods done as well.

When I had my 98 4door w/ B18c1 mated to a GSR transmission w/ a LS 5th, I was able to get 24-28 city and 35-40 highway. The only mods I had was intake and ebay headers.

I would think if you drive speed limit on the B16 and no sudden acceleration you can range from 24+ mpg.
