Does anyone know if the A20A3 and A20A4 engines are interchangeable? If the A20A4 can be used in a 87 Prelude 2.0 Si, what would be done to keep the engine light from coming because no EGR Valve is installed?

I need a rebuilt motor or someone to rebuild mine, if it can be. I live in American Fork, UT
