Default h22 turbo swop civic ek (no spark, injection pulse)

Right this is a difficult one and i dont really know where to start but here goes...

Have a h22 swop civic ek that i brought that ran fine when i got it, i brought it with a slight fueling problem so went for an external fuel pump system

Wilest doing this i fitted a skunk2 inlet, blox 72mm throttle body aem fuel rail and regulator, fuse box in the glove box and battery in the boot

The car has been sat in the garage getting done slowly for about 8 months now, last week we got it in to a state where it was ready to run again.

So getting all excited and primed all the pump up cranked it and cranked it... nothing!

Doing tests on the car and we get no spark and no injector pulses, the key fob used to work but doesnt now but im unsure if that will be linked to imob? (if its got one?) im so confused with it iv got good earth from putting battry in the boot and everything will work but just wont start

It did run on like 1 cylinder and chucked a load of fuel in flooded it and it would struggle but now got nothing so does anyone have any ideas on where to start and what to check? is there any way of testing ecu to see if iv spiked it and its gone pop? iv smelt it and it smells fine no burn marks what so ever. took dizzy cap off there is a tiny bit of oil in the cap. tryed testing crank sensor on snap on modus but didnt really get much of a reading. anoyone got any ideas on what to try next?

Also wile cranking the speedo dosent read anything if any of this info helps

heres a link to the car so u can see what weve done....
