OG Wicked Racing Bay Area / Los Angeles
Peace. I used to be a part of the ORIGINAL Speed Image/Wicked Racing crew here in the Bay Area back from 1994-2000/01 or so. I was the tall whiteboy in the crew named Shaun with the white '94 Civic Coupe that was SLAMMED! haha
Anyways, been reminicing about the good 'ole days and wanted to see if any of my old teamates were postin here. Peace to the OG Speed Image/Wicked Racing crew... Tin Tin, Luan (Nick), Big Ray, Gerry (G-Sack), Joel, Erwin, Loc Tran, Vince (originally Sportline), David Shih (originally The Wheel Connection), and the original Wicked crew from LA... Dr. Charles (San Gabriel), Viet Lam (Santa Ana), Ron Bergenholtz, and later Ed (Santa Ana), Peter Yam (Long Beach), Andrew Yang (San Gabriel), Monkey (Santa Ana), Tien (Santa Ana), Anthony (Santa Ana), Chris (Santa Ana), Andrew (Trickspeed) and the rest of the guys who I can't remember.
Here was my car back then...
Here's a couple of pics from one of the race events at Sacramento Raceway back in '96.
With my '95 Integra LS engine, the best I ever ran was a 12.26 @ 111 mph with a JG Engine Dynamics head, JG 302 cams, JG adjustable cam gears, ACT 6-puck clutch and a 80-shot direct port NOS system. All motor with the same set up, my best was a 13.9 @ 101mph if I remember correctly. 1995/96/97.

I remember those days, I was at every CMI event from 97-2002. i didn't have a car to race back then but always came out to support the sport. It would be cool to see Wicked Racing make a comeback or possibly merge with another team. Do you still have the car?
Word. Andrew, who was originally from LA, was my boy and he's the one who opened Trickspeed up in Sac.
haha I'm 38 now man... sold that car to a kid in my parents neighborhood back in 2004 or so? When he was pretty young, he always saw my car in the neighborhood and loved it so it was good to let it go to someone like that. And I haven't been into the racing scene since 2001/02 or so. I just went back to focusing on what I've always focused on since I was young... Hiphop Music & Culture and my DJ'in. But yeah, it would be cool to see "Wicked Racing" out there again.

Well I got lucky that I bought my '95 LS Motor for $1,500 straight out of some guys Integra and it only had 20,000k miles (he had gotten a GSR engine for cheap). And my boys at Trickspeed up in Sac pretty much helped me put it in. But I think what Skipp said was right, the average person was payin like $3,000.
Damn I just seen this reply like 8 months later!
Ya I was DJ'ng quite heavily, slowed down cuz I had two daughters.
Still racing, and as a matter of fact I just got a mint condition, white 95 ex coup. Taking it back to me and your roots my brother.
Hit me up man would be great to catch up!

Wicked would never, in a million years merge with any crew.
Won't be likely to see any of the notorious stickers on any cars as that takes serious approval.
Phong had one that Ron B gave him for his tube chassis Integra, too bad he passes before we could bring it out.
