i had a problem with my fuel pump not kicking on. turns out its fine. did this buy using a jumper wire on the main relay harness from port to port and the fuel pump kicks on. so i went out and got a main relay from an integra with 98xxx miles on it. plugged it in fuel pump wont kick on. use the jumper wire again fuel pump kicks on. so i took out the main relay casing(black) and looked at the circuit board from both the original main relay and the new one. the original has two joint cracks in it like this http://media.photobucket.com/image/c...89m3/DIY/1.jpg

the new relay does not so im guessing its still usable. my question is WTF is the deal with the fuel pump game. if i use a jumper wire it turns on, put a good relay in it doesnt. SOMEONE HELP ME. IM TRYING TO MAKE IT TO THE TRACK NEXT SUNDAY FOR IMPORT FACEOFF.

 

I had that problem with my eg but it turned out to be something going bad in my ecu.....

 

I took out my main relay, wired in a regular 12V relay, no issues ever since.

 

try resolder all the main relay pins
