ok so lets get started my names tyler and this is my ej1 build thread. its not very much but its a start. i paid $400 for the car back in 2011 when my mother passed away. i bought it bone stock unmolested with a d16z6 with 260k miles. i drove the car for a few weeks and had my first problem the clutch broke apart and jammed up my trans so i started with a full rebuild on the single jingle. my hood was all rotted out so i picked up a vis carbon fiber hood and had it paint matched because the clear was faded and it had some cracks in it. i then picked up a set of unknown enkeis from a friend to get rid of the hideous delsol fat fives. after a few months i got tired of looking at the 4x4 stance that my car had and i decided to drop it on none the less ebay coilovers. i know they are not the greatest but i wanted to be low and they were cheap and its just temp. pretty soon i got bored with the single cam and decided to give her a new heart. i went with a jdm b16 and ctr trans with lsd. it was a good choice in my opinion with my car being my dd i can still have a little bit of fun with it. i will be sure to update when i get the chance and when i get more done with my daily/ project. thanks for looking

Find your file

Click Go Advanced, then manage attachments, then browse, then put the pics you want.

define build? just because the motor is not built doesnt mean its not a build thread the car started bone stock.. yes i dont have alot of pictures of everything actually apart main reason because i didnt stop to take pictures i just started what i wanted to do and got it done as quickly as i could.

 

Build as in how it got to the point where it is now...

All I see is a 'look what I got' type 'build'...

i dont care what you have to say and it actually doesnt bother me. i was simply stating that i have an n/a car stock swapped b16. so what i have a look what i have type build its a daily driver just because i dont have pictures of a ripped apart motor like some people on here doesnt mean this is not a build thread.. do you want me to take off my bumper and take pictures of me putting it back on will that make you happy. alot of the pictures i have of the car actually ripped apart are lost on an old phone that got broken.. so i made my thread of what i had dont like it dont look at my thread simple as that. i am sure there are people on here that would appriciate my thread just because it has more pictures of my car then pictures of it ripped apart owell i didnt make it for you to be happy i made it to show my car and what is done to it.
