i have ls transmission with 4.6 Final ratio


Is it good for b18 turbo??

An LS would be a good tranny for turbo because of the long gear ratio. You can stay in boost longer. Only downside is that it isn't LSD unless you buy one for it.

Yes I have LSD for it

It can hold +600whp??

Sure, any b series tranny can hold alot of power, as long as they are maintained.

this is an untrue statement that for whatever reason keeps getting repeated. gearing needs to match the powerband.

as for holding 600+whp, it can, depending on torque output. will it last? not likely. you're either going to crack a case or 3rd/4th will likely strip some teeth.

I made 332 with a typeR tranny in my DC, ironically enough made the exact same number in my EG with ls tranny. It is significantly slower, im not driving the car til i find a gsr or b16 tranny
