Default Crower Valve Springs

I am about to order my parts for B16a. Are Crower valve springs to much for CTR cams. Also, can I run my stock retainers with the Crower valve springs. The rev limiter will be raised to 8200.

Need help

if you plan to stay with the ctr cams, then the only valve spring you should consider is the integra type r. this is the same valvespring found in the civic type r, and anything stiffer than that is just wearing away at your cams. use integra type r intake springs on the intake side, and your stock B16 intake springs on the exhaust side.
