Pretty simple

1. put a pan under radiator
2. remove the drain plug and catch all the old antifreeze on the pan
3. put plug back on
4. with the radiator cap off, put a funnel on top and add 50/50 with the car on, wait like 15 min with the funnel on and watch the air bubbles come out, when there is enough antifreeze put the cap back on and your done

premixed 50/50 is basically just a "topper offer" its made to just fill up your reservoir tank. you should actually mix your own and buy the concentrate. and it doesnt have to be like 70% AF, 30% water. the more antifreeze, the colder the fluid can get without freezing. a 50% water 50% AF mix is rated to keep your fluid liquid well into the negatives so thats adequate unless you live in the northpole region.
