Default 95 d16z6 and ecu help

Ok I have a 95 Cx That had the d15b7 motor in it with the p05 ecu, i swapped it out for a d16z6 and every where i read up i need a p28 ecu or a chipped p06... correct me if im wrong. So i bought a p28 from a dude on craigslist that parted out his car, got home looked in it and its a p06 chipped with a sst chip. told me he had it chipped for a b16, but told me that its reprogramable, and i did some research and i seen he was right.. but i dont know how to do that? i looked on youtube and kept coming up empty and also looked up google and empty as well... am i just looking wrong or what?

Thats one part, I can run the civic off the p05 for now. (it runs like crap thou but it still runs compared to the other ecu..

You cannot reprogram a chip. Whatever you read that said that was wrong. If I'm correct you don't need a chip if the ECU was converted to VTEC.

Call up Xenocron, and have them cut you a basemap chip. Problem solved.
