Ok, I recently swapped my crx to b series, and am using the cable trans and DA axles along with Hasport mounts. First I ran into an issue with the driver side dust ring, the snout of the axle just aft of the splines was contacting it which ruined my wheel bearing. I have since removed the axle and removed the dust ring from the knuckle. It was then that I noticed the bearing was bad, so I replaced it. The new bearing was immediate junk so.I replaced it with an oem one. Well I have noticed that there is still a bit of noise and some shake coming from left front wheel, especially when turning to the right or doing anything that transfers weight to the left side of car. Sorta feels like a bad bearing, but it stops if I depress the clutch. The axles in the car are not new units, but were inspected before installation as they came with the trans and half shaft. I think it is the axle but am not sure. I have replaced the bearing twice and replaced both upper and lower ball joints and both tie rods, and they have no slack in any of those parts. ALso I am not able to detect any play in the front wheel while its jacked up. I'm wondering if its the axle binding possibly, or if It's a mount issue. Just checking before I start throwing more cash at it. Thanks.
