91 accord h22a1 swap trouble starting after swap
Hey everyone, my buddy has been dealing with his accord for a month, he can't seem to get it to run. It has idled at 600rpms but the next day it acted the same as always. It will turn over but won't stay "alive". He has checked and secured all the grounds and has checked a lot if not all vacuum hoses. We've run out of ideas. Any help is appreciated.
I would first run it with a p13 ecu. Then after it runs fine, get it tuned if you want, 'thought that's really pointless if you're running everything stock. Check the basics, spark, fuel, and air.
Did it throw any codes ?

It doesn't run at all though. That's the objective right now to get it to run and go down the street. If you're saying to try a stock p13 then ok I will ask I he has already. If not we'll jump on it
Have you checked for codes ? Have you checked for spark ? I'm wondering if it's flooded. Hold the pedal down for about five seconds with the key on but without cranking it. Then crank it.
get it running right on the correct ecu, i bet that p28 is rich as hell.
also double check the timing belt to make sure mechanical timing is correct.
