Default F23a to F22b swap

I was shopping around for a F23a Longblock or Full motor and i ran across This:

http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/ptd/3300454415.html

to direct swap F23auto-F22,5spd what would i need:

ECU (to the F22? or P28?<-- What i want)
Tranny Mount
Clutch Cable (from a 99 accord coupe?)or(Prelude?)
Bracket for Clutch (HomeDepot)
and the CV joints to the accord or lude ? =/

Reason i wanna do this is A: its a 5spd and B: Its a F22b Wayyyy More Parts to choose from

Because i Despise the F23a Transmissions Capabilities and Reliability

I DO LIKE THE BLOCK, also heard that the F22 head Flows better than the F23?

can keep the intake Mani/Block use the F22 Head/Tranny

Bisimoto/Crower/Aem/ all have more parts selection on that F22 oppsed to the F23 wich i already bought EVERYTHING i can and still havent reached 200hp untuned

in the f23 i have:

Bisimoto Stage 2 cam and ValveSprings
Aem Fuel Rail/RC 275cc injectors
Walbro 255
Wiseco Pistons/rings
Megan Headers/Exhaust
Ebay ColdAir
130 amp alt
Optima Yellowtop
Blox TPS
New EGR
New CPS
New Cranksensor
New Fuel Filter
Hondata Gaskets

GREAT engine but i hate the Tranny, if anything $600 for the Motor and Tranny isnt bad for the Mileage , can swap the F22 tranny if anything right?

You would be wasting money.. and you havent bought everything for your motor... you even said untuned... You must be dumb... TUNE IT!!! By your self a S300 and go get it tuned! You have a set up platform and need to finish it, guys with f series builds guys are making 19X ish power.. Theres always forced induction!

F23 trans, the only real change would be to get a h22 trans but I personally have never had one problem with F or H trans!

x2 on getting it tuned.
I would think long and hard about pairing the H trans with the F motor though.
Been there, done that.

The H trans will offer a hole shot however, imo its gears are too short to be used in a daily driven accord with an F22/23.
Unless you don't mind shifting once every 4 seconds, or want to be in 5th gear going 30, I would stay clear.

It just has to do with the difference in the powerband of the two motors, H is sky high while the F is a tractor, a very nice tractor albeit.

You can always switch 5th gear in the H to a F series 5th and its pretty easy.. He already has the F trans too...

Thank you , so i can swap 5th gear into the manual F23/F22

so what about the gear ratio on the F? they are REALLY long and the Lude is short perfect for boost but how about reliability?

Thanks bro,

I plan on boosting it, so the long Gears in the F would be Great imo, but i have already been through 1 "auto" F23 tranny i dont wanna go through another any time soon, although its inevitable

you dont think the F22b tranny is a good idea?
