Icon6 burning coolant, did I mix up a coolant and vacuum line? Leak Down perfect! D16z6

I just recently got done rebuilding my engine out of a 95 Civic EX. It is burning coolant like crazy. I already did a leak down to determine if it was the head gasket. All 4 cylinders are less than 10%. My oil is not milky. The only thing I can possibly think is either I mixed up a coolant and vacuum line, or I have a crack in my head or block.

Has anyone ever ran into this before? Is there a common mix up with vacuum and coolant lines?

Does anyone have a diagram of the vacuum and coolant lines?

I appreciate any help, this thing is driving me nuts!

This is what I found, But I do not have the same connecting pipe. The diagram leads you to believe there are 2 outlets on the connecting pipe and one more small fitting on the thermostat housing. I only have a total of one fittings.

this is my connecting tube

turn your connecting pipe around.

the 4" limb should be away from your fast idle vavle.

I don't follow. As far as I can tell there is only one way to install the tube.

The diagram makes it look like the fitv connects to the connecting tube. The way It was set up was the fitv was fed from the verticle nipple that comes out of the intake manifold. The hose that was connected to the connecting pipe was the IAC. It seemed right to me, I'm hoping I am just blind and missing something simple
