Default New personal bests 10.40 and 140 w/video

Well had the car retuned at the beginning of the year made 512whp. Took it to the track and blew 1st on the second pass and the car sat all year. Well this past sunday finally was able to get the car patched up and dragged it to the track. To give you guys an idea of how long its been sitting i had to do a burn out with the slicks in the back of the track to knock the mud off the tires... yeaaaaa they are spanked. Any ways first pass out car went 10.47 @ 139 so i figured it would be a good day. Guessing with a fresh set of slicks can knock out some 10.20 passes but that will have to wait for next season.

A close friend of mine tossed together a vid from the day figured id let you guys enjoy it.

And i figured id post up the slips. As you can see the 60s arent great the car usually goes 1.60 1.61 pretty consistently with a good set of slicks on it. The track was in great condition it was a shame i didnt have good tires could have done some damage.

New best time

***** beast!

What is your motor/turbo/chassis setup? The fastest we have ever gone on 500hp is 10.56 @ 136 so I'm interested in your car

My shift light is at 9000 but I usually shift just short of it car doesn't seem to like to go into gear above 9000 not sure if there's any way to remedy that

What clutch are you using? A twin would probably help with the high rpm shifting, either way it's running great for the setup.

Yea true I'm just running a spec stage 5 clutch I've driven a few different twins and just never liked the feel of them.

Also thanks everyone its always been my plan with this car to keep it as simple as I could and work from that I get frustrated to no end some times but when it all comes together its worth it!!
