ctr cluster = no high beam?

ctr cluster = no high beam?
ok so i have the hi/low type hids and for some reason i have no high beam, checked fuses and they good. i have ctr cluster so i know i have no dimmer. i searched and found some others with similar problem but cant confirm. when i click the turn signal back to cut on highs it clicks but no indicator on dash. i cant find the indicator light on cluster either. any help would be great thanks
