Running rich, smells like burning oil!
Alright, So i have a beater teg that I haven't driven in a month (tags expired, no money for smog). I'm finally able to take it to my local smog check station and on the way there it starts to smell like its running rich, like ALOT.
I pull over and pop the hood and not only does it smell like gasoline, but like burning oil too.
The car also has had an rpm problem where it will bog down and the car has no power (press throttle, car will barely move).
Last repairs done to the car:
Oxygen Sensor a few days ago (Denso)
Fuel Filter about a month ago
Spark Plug Wires replaced (NGK)
over a year ago repairs:
Heater Hose replaced
New Radiator
Crankshaft Pulley Replaced
I'm taking my car to the mechanic later this week, but I need a second opinion to what these symptoms might mean.
tl;dr
Symptoms:
Irratic RPMs
Running Rich
Burning Oil Smell
Loss of Power
Overheating Very Quickly
CEL: (will update later)

*Update*
Well I checked the oil and sure enough a cream colored sludge under the oil cap (looks like coffee with milk color).
So my headgasket is toast.
So three options now:
a) Fix headgasket,
b) Buy a jdm b18,
c) sell the car as-is.
Probably time to look for another teg

just so you know, milk under the oil cap can also be caused by a poor circulating pcv system.
however, in your symptoms you'd pointed out overheating.
still, don't dismiss the possibility. your overheating could be caused by something else
as for the irradic tach, it's a tell tale sign of an igniter going out. especially coupled with stumbling
