Default BullseyePower Batmowheel dyno testing

Hello all,

I haven't seen a whole lot of data being shared with these turbos so I figured I would contribute. I tested a 74mm double Batmowheel on my vehicle and did some pulls at 12psi,14psi,16psi,18psi, and 20psi. I also did one more pulll @20psi with the Batpipe(inlet) installed. All runs were done on 93 octane fuel. I have all of these on a single graph as well as a separate graph showing the difference from my old cast wheel at 18psi. The last pull (run 6) shows the gains with the Batpipe. I had to swap to the smaller .90A/R to keep it consistent with my old turbocharger. Obviously backpressure became an issue at higher RPM so I will contribute data with the bigger A/R, lots more boost, and better fuel soon.

Basics of the engine:

Dart block
GSR crank
Endyn cylinder head
Custom DMS intake manifold (Endyn CNC ported)
Speedfactory/DMS modified turbo manifold
AEM EMS
Custom DMS intercooler setup (Garrett core)

Run 1 being 12psi, run 5 being 20psi, and run 6 being 20psi with the Batpipe installed

The Double Batwheel 74mm Vs. the cast 74mm. 18psi (93 octane)

Batpipe

The car

Yea, the 20psi pull was for dyno only. It didn't rattle the engine at all which kinda suprised me, but it gets daily driven @18psi to keep it on the safe side

It's very real but the technology was patent by another company 8 or so years ago under a different animal name. If they get wind of what bulleye power has done, there will be blood.

right, like making something "just like something else" will hold up in court.

You don't have to buy into anything. It is data. Take from it what you will. Just trying to promote the turbos. Cheers

It's because the torque curve carries astronomically far. Granted, it's not the safest thing to do (which the OP already recognizes), it worked for the test.

Looks good. You say the "Bat" stuff is on the website?

EDIT: Just checked it out. While it seems they work well, I have to get used to the look of them. The shape looks like a foreign object got sucked into the compressor wheel.

I'm confused. Is the company your talking about GE!???!?! As In General Electric. Its on there airplane turbine engines. You can see some sweet pics in the article link below. Here check it out. Very informative.

Yea there is a similar design on the GE90. Here is a link to a nifty video

Although similar, there are tons of differences. Bullseye has a number of revisions to their own design as well.

Great data. Picking up 18whp from the Batmopipe is excellent.

We've used the Batmowheel turbos in 52mm - 66mm with great success.

That's good to hear I was shocked at the results from the pipe as well. I want to get data on the wheel/pipe at higher pressures, which is coming in time. I have tons of data from the cast 62 vs regular billet 62 and 66 cast vs billet vs bat vs double bat on a workhorse b16 I used for my daily driver. Every single variation starting from the cast wheel up to the double bat provided more power on a smaller scale, but more nonetheless. It also provided a slight increase is spoolup/broader powerband.

When u said batmo-pipe I assumed it was some kind of inlet tube. Then I saw pix of the Rex and realized it was a forward facing manifold. What exactly is the batmo-pipe?

Edit: is this the batmo-pipe?

what cams are you running? that horsepower on 93 seems odd... have you ran it at the track? if so whats your trap speed.
