My 2011 accord ex-l more often than not, experiences "unverified area" message. A few friends of mine stated I should take it back to the dealer and get the nav updated. However; the dealer states they don't do this, I would have to go online to Honda and pay the $149.00 for the updated disk. Any ideas? I searched this forum, thinking maybe there was an update here, like my wifes previous dodge forum page. No luck. If I need to buy the DVD, then so be it, but wanted to ask around for I dropped $150, since this is not something I have growing currently on my money tree. :-)

Copy that Steve, I figured that was going to be the answer. I know on my wifes old dodge avenger, the dealer was able to update any patches that came out during the warranty and I had hoped there may have been that possiblity with her accord. But it seems my only option is to purchase the updated DVD. Oh well, $150 is not cheap, but it could be worse I guess. Thanks for the info.
