I've seen pics on some of these cars. I think they are from Thailand. The "Asian" Accord is more closer to the Inspire.
To throw out some ideas, you can get the Mugen style grill and Insprire tail lights on ebay. Some of the body kits are Modulo. So these are key words you can search to find a vendor. Again, check ebay, or check ebay often as items come and go.
The exhaust and wheels and lights are "not all the special" and you can get whatever you like.
