Icon2 Simple Turbo Setup Advice

Hi guys. I've tried searching for threads regarding a specific turbo set-up but no luck.. I guess everyone wants MORE POWER! BIGGER BIGGER MORE POWER WOOOO!!!! turbo setup.

anyway..

My younger brother has a 93 Del sol with b16a stock engine..
He's birthday is coming up and I would like to give him a Turbo kit. (well that's what he wants)

I tried calling Greddy and Edelbrock regarding there CARB legal kits but its Discontinued?

So now I decided to just build one...

Here's the Q.
(I'm looking for a Turbo charger/size/model that doesn't required tuning), No upgrading fuel pump, injectors and stuff.. No inter cooler. No HP target.
simply install turbo and go..

Its not meant for racing. nor more horsepower rice cookers.
He's just curious and probably wants that turbo (bov) sound.. ehhh..

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

thank you.

alot of the older kits that came out in late 90's early 2000's came with fmu's and other hack ****, won't make much power but they worked for what it's worth. Good luck finding one currently though. If you throw a turbocharger on the car it "requires" tuning. Not something you can skimp on and expect your motor to last. Look at one of the GoAutoworks street turbo kits, they are very affordable and come with almost everything you need minus, chipped ecu, injectors and fuel pump. Do it right and get the car tuned.

Those companies discontinued their lines by 2007. Custom "kits" were becoming more abundant than what they could handle.

You can still get lower HP kits available, but nothing C.A.R.B. legal any longer.

there is no tuning required for these items
best solution is as follows:
