Mild cams. Good mid-range I believe.

Spoon cams are priced comparitively with Toda and really aren't much more expensive.

They are mild cams, but it is still possible to get good results from them. We had posted a dyno of a 190whp engine running Spoon cams awhile ago.

They are pretty decent... because they aren't as aggressive, these cams should pass most emissions tests and don't require significant valvetrain upgrades. Reliability is excellent as a result. But if you want 200whp+, then they aren't for you.

Also just going from your H-T screen name...Spoon cams/products are NOT intended for Drag Racing, despite what F&F says.

i heard they are just a tad bit more aggresive then type r cams so they aent really worth the big cost as someone stated earlyer if you want 200+whp they arent the best nor are they intended for drag racing
