Boosted CRX Build (from Toronto Canda)
Ill let the pictures do most of the talking...
started off as a stock 89 si

got a 98spec ITR motor with couple bolt-ons

threw on a fully-built head (pro2s, crower valve train, port n polish..etc)

had a lot of fun and decided to add some spray to the mix. Made 240whp/200lbs

aaand later that year, this was the result of topping out on a highway run

so over winter it was back to the drawing board and decided to go in a new direction

thanks, suspension-wise i went 4x114 ITR but i went back to 4x100 with DA front knuckes and GSR rear trailing arms with brand new brakes and bushings all around. Just in the search for coilovers now.
Looks good. Nice build.
I had to do the same thing with my radiator, ended up boxing it in with some 1/8" thick aluminum sheeting to direct airflow into it. Definitely will help with cooling.

Looks good bud, where is the shop that did the tuning. I noticed Weir built your mani, hes done some work for me to definetely top notch!!
Are you actually in toronto? Hoping you may be a little west so I can see this car some day maybe

There is no shop, Chris Treblic flew up to tune my car and we rented a dyno from a local muscle car shop. Ya Aaron Weir has magic hands, one of the best Canada has to offer and life time warranty on his work. Im in Mississauga to be exact i'm sure you'll have a chance to see my car at events

the rad was such a bitch to fit, for one its for an EG so its a little taller and its slightly too wide it almost touched the downpipe. Made so custom brackets to make it sit on an angle and lower along with some trimming of the webbing under my hood made it fit like a glove.

Thats a pretty nice setup too i just dont know if boxing it in does more harm than good cause the heat is trapped. Is your thermostat gutted?
Nope, stock thermostat.
Right now air won't really be forced through your radiator at speed. Most likely its your fan doing most of the work. Blocking off the holes in the front to force air through the radiator definitely helps with high speed temps.

decided to go straight out over the control arm that way there's no 2 unnecessary 90s to get to the oem location, way better flow
