4th gen detailed rebuild!
This is the beginning to a long thread that has already began but will fill everyone in up to date. Alright so here is the story. When i was 16 i bought my first milano red h22a1 1992 prelude. It was my favorite car since and i drove the hell out of it for a good 2 years before going to races around my place Pittsburgh and a truck pulling out of a gas station crushing my beauty. The car was totaled and i had to sell it off. At the time i already had an Evolution 8 that i was building 17-18 years old. So I got out of the lude scene for a while and ended up building my Evolution for a solid 3 years! Last june 2011 i did end up going to meet a guy that is still my friend to this day and buying another lude for my daily driver. It is a 1995 prelude that was is horrid condition when i purchased it but i couldnt pass it up because it had a real h22 red top and i got it for the right price This summer i ended up finsihing my evolution and making 600+ whp and tbh the only thing i could think of is building the h22 to see what kinda fun i could have so i sold my evo and started my journey into the build i have now. FIRST 4 PICS ARE MY OLD LUDE THAT GOT WRECKED AND THE REST BEING THE ONE I BOUGHT IN MARYLAND AND THE PROGRESS SINCE!

Infact all the h22 heads are interchangeable. I have a h22a2 build block with h22a5 head :-) No problem.
Gl with the build though!

No I'm over in Pittsburgh pa and thanks. A lot. I got my skunk manifold and omni throttle body today will post pics on photobucket. My next question is my car is obd1 and I bought an h22a4 will I have any problems ? Any sensor swaps ? Bout to do the swap this weekend
^ The father of Explicit is sick, huge delays of half a year etc. Some horror stories emerging. Innovative has a traction bar as well, took 1 week to show up to my door step. Also, post the pictures using photobucket.com that way people actually read and post up. Most (including myself) hate clicking links to pictures.
Edit* Just post the img links (i see you have photobucket)

Crank sensor is on the timing gear on the a4 and in the dizzy on obd1 engines. Use your old dizzy and wiring harness and you should be ok. As for mounts, innovative is the way to go.
I'm gonna go with innovative both ways. But I need big help my oil pan is tapped for a turbo and I can't think of anything to cap it off I will upload pics. That's the only thing in my mind to figure out before io drop her in! Will upload pics and such of motor as I'm working on it now.
Anyone know where i can get a block off for the drain? Also I am going to run hondata p28 so the only thing i will need to swap is my distributor from my old car ? Will my power steering work on newer motor. Will the newer alternator work also?
