Bouncy Ride
I have my car lowered on KYB AGXs with eibach Ground Control
Its just recently started being really bounce after i lowered the back more
I know that its bouncy because i am bottoming out my strut...my question is, if i get extended top hats will that leave more room for my strut so its not all only on the spring and therfore stop my ride from bouncing so much...also what kind of extended top hats should i get...Thanks

like marc said those shocks are not meant to be very low. i had them and they blew out in a year. extended top hats may help a little but it is not the solution. you need a high performance shock meant for higher spring rate. what rate ground controls do you have. you can go with koni yellow if your rates are less than 550 or so.

Couldn't a bouncy ride be from both under dampened or over dampened? I'm having a serious issue right now with that. This one bridge is super bumpy for damn near every car even stock! I can't tell if it's packing up or rebounding too fast but it is very harsh to drive on. Should I just keep making laps and adjusting?

Bouncy is under damped. Harsh is over damped.
Under damped is caused by an inadequate amount of shock for the spring rates. If you're too low, and the bumpstops come into play under suspension movement, then the spring rates rapidly increase and leave the shocks inadequate. Or the rates are just too high for the shocks. Or the shocks are already blown. Or a million other possibilities.
It's really impossible for us to diagnose a suspension issue over the internet, more so with modified suspensions (how much shock travel is left at static ride height before bumpstops are hit, how much total shock travel is available, and many other questions that need to be answered), and especially the way people typically fail to adequately describe what the car is actually doing.
Stop looking for a single part solution. Start looking at the suspension system as a whole, to find an actual solution.
