Default Running too rich?

Quick catch up:
97 JDM b18c (type r) motor and trans
Tuned on hondata s200
New MSD wires
New NGK plugs

Recently installed a AEM wide band gauge and my idle afr is at 12.0 - 12.5 once warmed up. It's at 11.5 when I first start it up.

I have an appointment to get it tuned in a month but I put at leat 250 miles a week on it.

Am I hurting anything in the mean time?

Today I had to press on my gas pedal to start my car...

Is this because it's too rich??
