Default Tranny problem(release bearing fork)

Hey guys how's it going so first off I'll start off by telling you that my car is a 95 civic si b18b forced induction. Over the winter I did some major work to the car and while my motor was out decided I'd pull my tranny off and inspect my clutch. Now I'm in the reassembly stage and I go to put my slave cylinder back on and fully compressed the bolts barely and I mean barely match up with the bell housing. It's seems my release baring fork is not moving to the passenger side far enough? Any ideas what's up? Also any question that could help you solve my problem please ask!! Thanks eh!

Check the fork to be sure it is securly on the pivot ball and correctly attached to the throw out bearing.

Ok I'll try that this weekend. Also is it at all possible I could have accidentally put the clutch plate on backwards? So it causing it not to be able to move far enough over?

It is probably just the fork not being under the tabs on the TO bearing. Let us know what you find...
