Car won't go into gear

Car won't go into gear
So everything was fine yesterday but i get up this morning turn my car on try and shift into reverse and it wouldnt go... tried to shift into first would go... But i can shift into gear when the cars off. So i checked the clutch fulid and its full, try it again and it still wouldnt go into gear... Need some help please
Its a b16 tranny with a GSR, clutch is a year old with 12-15k miles on it
