i am running a PLM Try-Y Header and the nuts and bolts broke off the runners and i started to get a little exhaust leak and i seen these spring on the web ( https://www.privatelabelmfg.com/prod...ust-spring.htm ) site what do you guys think also a guy at a muffler shop told me to seal it with muffler cement to me sure

I would say post up some pictures of what you are thinking, and maybe ask the guys in the welding/ fab section.
