i got the aluminum from mcmaster.com for 65 shipped and the longer bolts from orchard supply hardware store.
Is that solid aluminum, not tubular or anything?
A tubular peice would be stronger and lighter at the same time.

why would tubular be stronger?
just wondering, cuz i looked at the comptech front upper strut bar, and its not solid, and a lot of other bars arent either. i just want to know the science behind it. (my science is weak)

By the looks of your rear lower control arm, you did these mods to your GSR?
The strut on the far right is a GSR, like in the pictures above. The Strut immediatly to the left of it is the ITR. Notice the lower mounting point difference?
Hence the need for a different Rear LCA.
Here's a (shamlessly borrowed)
picture of ITR Rear LCA's
ITRs have both of those bars stock.
I've been wanting to make my own trunk brace over the spare tire well but just never got to it.... good job morepoop4u
those look sweet
to those interested, there was two threads on this last week...search.
btw, you can buy longer LCA bolts from mcmaster.com I don't know the part numbers though (yet).
