Default Cel and battery light same time... limp mode

hopefully someone can help.... long story short

made a det can had friends ripping on it for me... second friend rips super hard and car goes in to basically limp mode CEL is on

we get it to gas station for gas since i put in a walbro and seemed to not be getting enough fuel... turn car off CEL and Battery lights are on

starter just clunks

**** with it and eventually limp it home

drop him off turn car of and back on and sure enough no CEL and Boosted on my way hom

so i cant check the code since it is gone and normal now but i want to make sure it doesnt come back

Ghetto Wiring Set up:
Dizzy power wiring split to kill switch, main relay ground Ts off and shares a ground with the kill switch to dizzy
Every single wire is cut from Ecu to Main harness and main harness to engine

I just need an idea for wires i should check first

You MUST provide all pertinent information about your car and engine.
